Speedway Australia is excited to launch the brand new website and home of youth Speedway training, Kids to Grids (KTG). This new site will act as a platform for all youth training, at-track coaching and important informational links.
Additionally, the Speedway Australia Rising Star program now moves under the KTG banner, becoming the highest level of youth training available to competitors. Currently, the website offers a three-tier video Q&A training platform and in early 2021 will also include dates of Rookie training sessions, held in various locations.
The Kids to Grids platform will evolve over time, based on feedback from competitors, parents & coaches. A focus on in-person further development and high-performance training will also be a welcomed addition, giving more experienced competitors greater guidance and bridging the gap between beginners and Rising Stars.
For now, youth competitors and their parents/guardians are encouraged to sign up and experience the FREE video Q&A training available via the website, which includes content for rookie competitors, through to those soon to move into senior classes.
